SHIPPING

Carry On Travel Kits currently ships within Canada only. 

​

• Regular post – Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping estimate is 5 days (Newfoundland is estimated at 8 days).
   

• Xpresspost – Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, and shipped in 1 business day.

LOCAL CALGARY PICKUP

​

I also offer local Calgary pick up. 

 

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be notified via email when it is ready for pickup.  Exact pickup date and time TBD. 

 

The pickup address will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

RETURNS

​

Customers may return items for exchange or credit within 2 weeks of receipt of merchandise as long as it is not a clearance or preordered item. Customer must notify Carry On Travel Kits (via carryontravelkits@gmail.com) of the issue so we can work for a replacement within those 2 weeks or exchange/credit will not be honoured.
